Free FLSA HR Workshop: October 5th
Are you ready for the changes in overtime eligibility effective on December 1, 2016?
Join us for a free HR workshop to learn more about the updated Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) regulations that will make it mandatory to pay overtime wages to many employees who were not eligible. This new requirement will impact most organizations and can present financial and cultural challenges. Those who do not comply by 12/1/16 face hefty fines and potential lawsuits. Participants will learn how to review their current employee compensation levels, classifications, and time documentation systems to comply with these changes.
