Insource is now SOC2 Compliant
At Insource, we see our blog as a vital way of providing information to help our clients, and IT security has always been a key topic.
With that in mind, Insource Services is proud to announce that Insource has gone through rigorous testing and we are now SOC2 compliant; Systems and Organizational Controls: Trust Services Criteria. SOC2 is an auditing procedure that ensures Insource can securely manage data to protect the interests of you and your business.
The compliance acts as added proof of Insource’s robust and stringent security guidelines. As highlighted by the AICPA (American Institute of CPAs), SOC for Service Organizations reports are designed to build trust in both our services and the controls related to the services through a report by an independent third-party CPA.
It should be noted that the criteria to attain this level of compliance is incredibly strict. The SOC2 accreditation means that the processes we have in place prove that our key interest is, and always will be the security of our clients’ information.
We are constantly looking for ways to improve our services and build trust that Insource’s procedures are the highest standard they can be. We think this proves that commitment to constant improvement.
We would encourage SOC2 accreditation to any organizations looking to improve their procedures and learn more about what can be done to protect sensitive information.
Mishandled data can leave enterprises vulnerable to cyberattacks, such as data theft, extortion, and ransomware. At Insource, we take this issue seriously. We realize the impact that cybersecurity can have not only on ourselves, but our clients too.
