Press Alert: Insource Recognized By State House News (February 2021)

Insource has been delivering insights into the changes to Massachusetts’ Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) program guidelines for several months – but questions and confusion over the new program have been a consistent topic of conversation.

Collaborating with Elizabeth Adler, partner at Beacon Law Group, at an event hosted by the Newton-Needham Regional Chamber, Insource’s Vice President Saleha Walsh delivered a presentation designed to explain the new state benefit to employers, detailing what businesses need to do to be compliant with PFML, and answer some of the most common questions our clients are asking about the program.
